Description

Hyosung’s IEC standard motors feature excellent insulation systems and strict process controls and quality management that allow for a low vibration and noise structure design. Its double cage rotor structure and special varnish finishing, as well as international standards (e.g., IEC, NEMA, and IEEE), allow the motor to run perfectly under various load conditions including a condition with a wide moment of inertia.

As well as designing the next-generation technology, Hyosung is continuously developing its own technology based on the evolving equipment. We create an optimized design using a magnetic field analysis program which models factors such as magnetic flux distribution, torque-speed, and magnetic flux distribution in the air gap. In addition, the structure analysis is performed through ANSYS or NASTRAN which calculates effects from the structural arrangement, stress, and inertia.Through the optimal material, enclosure, bearing system, and accessories, motors can be operated with appropriate speed while meeting customer’s specifications
